2. Subscription Services

• Monthly Subscription: Access to our custom TradingView indicators is provided on a recurring monthly subscription basis.
• Billing: Payment is due at the beginning of each subscription period. We may use third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms as well.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Pricing: All subscription fees are as listed on the website and are subject to change. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance.

3. Access and Use

• You may use the indicators for your personal or professional trading activities.
• You may not redistribute, resell, sub-license, or share your account credentials.
• The indicators are licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with the Company.
• You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code from the indicators.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• We offer a 14-day free trial for first-time subscribers. After this period, all payments are non-refundable.
• To cancel your subscription, log into your account and follow the cancellation instructions.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and indicators are the property of the Company and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain no ownership rights to the indicators or other materials provided through our Services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee any specific financial results, profits, or performance from using our indicators. Trading carries risk — you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any financial outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services — including loss of profits or investment losses.

8. Indemnification

9. Termination
