1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content, indicators, code, designs, algorithms, graphics, and related materials provided by TradeVision Suite ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") — collectively referred to as the "Materials" — are the exclusive property of the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Materials strictly under this Agreement. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

2. License Limitations

You may use the Materials solely for your personal or professional trading activities. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from the Materials.
• Redistribute, sell, sublicense, or share the Materials with any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the Materials in any unlawful or unauthorized manner.

3. Confidentiality

The Materials, along with all documentation, updates, and support materials, are confidential. You agree to:

• Keep the Materials secure and confidential.
• Take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. User-Generated Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other input regarding the Materials ("User Feedback"), you:

• Grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback into our products and services.
• Acknowledge that the Company may develop similar ideas independently without obligation or compensation to you.

5. Intellectual Property Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

6. Termination of License

Your license to use the Materials automatically terminates if you:

• Violate this Agreement or related terms.
• Cancel or allow your subscription to lapse.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Materials and delete all copies in your possession.

7. Disclaimer

The Materials are provided "as is." This Agreement does not grant any rights to copy, modify, or distribute the Materials beyond your active subscription scope.

Trading carries risk, and we make no guarantees of financial outcomes or performance.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within the United States.
